Mr. Anamoy Ranjan
(Founding Mentor)
Mr. Anamoy is an expert in business innovation & development with over 25 years experience in handling Sales & distribution, Service marketing, supply chains and in setting up businesses in the White Goods and Luxury Holiday categories where he has worked with companies like Whirlpool, Godrej-GE, and Club Mahindra. Mr. Ranjan was till recently associated with the largest education company of India “Educomp Solutions Limited” as Vice President. Before Educomp, over the last four years Anamoy led several organizations like TARAhaat, n-Logue in setting up a huge network of vocational training centers and Kiosks in India. He has been involved with the Kiosk initiatives of n-Logue as CEO of the Company.
Mr. Ranjan passionately believes that business thinking combined with development issues in rural India will lead to an ecosystem of vibrant social enterprises that are able to rapidly enhance rural GDP, and provide sustainable livelihood options to people in rural India. Mr. Ranjan holds an MBA from IIM – Lucknow and has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (IIT-BHU) from the Banaras Hindu University.
Mr. B K Singh
(Sales & Operations)
Mr. B K Singh is a dynamic sales professional with over 15 years of expertise in channel sales & business development, Key Account Management, Service Support & CRM, launching new products and setting up new businesses in FMCG, Education, and e-governance. He has worked with well known enterprises like P&G, Parle Agro, Comat Technologies, Anjani Technoplast and TARAhaat and has a proven record of setting up and managing a network of 1000+ company owned and Franchisee centers.
Mr. Singh has excellent leadership skills with proven record of leading a large team of a few hundred sales, administrative & other personnel; beside people in sales he has excellent record of liaising with several govt. departments and Divisional & District Bureaucracy (Commissioners, District Magistrates etc.) to implement Govt. projects properly. He has excellent analytical abilities; possesses a strategic vision of creating rural prosperity and a strong customer orientation with a passion for delivering value to customers.
Dr. S K Singh

Dr. S K Singh has over 18 years experience as a social development worker in field of basic education, livelihood, and generation of self employment.
Dr. Singh is alumnus of Allahabad University and a human doctor by profession. In his social development journey, Dr. Singh participated and implemented several career development programs in rural India. He has been directly involved in creation of livelihood and self employment of youths, especially in rural and semi urban areas of India. He strongly recommends students and youth to enhance their skills and personality through suitable technical/ vocational training programs that will serve as the foundation for achievement of career goals through out one’s life.
Dr. Singh believes that “Vocational education encompasses not only technical preparation but also sound academic foundations, higher-order thinking skills, and personal qualities needed for success in the workplace”.
Mr. N K Sharma
(Account Operations)
Mr. Sharma has more than 13 years diversified experience in managing company accounts and financial transactions with several ITES sector companies and other enterprises.
He was involved in statutory & other audits of several well known banks like Central Bank of India, Canara Bank , Allahabad Bank , Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, U.P Co-operative bank, Bank of Baroda and Sahara India. He also made audits in well reputed educational institutions i.e. Saket Degree College and Jhunjhunwala Business School.
Mr. Sharma is an alumnus of the Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University, where he simultaneously obtained a Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) and Bachelor’s degree in Law (L.L.B).
